From humble beginnings as a commodity trading company in 2013, we have since diversified into property development. Founded on 9th March 2018, Xinsha Land Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based business focusing on the development of commercial and residential properties. Together with Lyxin Enterprise Pte Ltd, we are a subsidiary of our parent company, Xinsha Holding Pte Ltd, and an associate company of Axcel Marine.
Xinsha Land is committed to delivering quality workmanship, professional conduct from our staff and service of high calibre to our stakeholders. Each project embarked is also overseen with a passion for stylish, modern designs for our 21st century customers.
Our current projects include the acquisition of two Small Office / Home Office (SOHO) properties in Chongqing, China and private residential housing in Burghley Drive, Singapore.
